Abel Garcia got approved for cross-sex hormones on his first visit to a therapist, and got approval for \"bottom surgery\" (penile inversion) from his insurance company without even requesting it, but had to fight obstacle after obstacle from therapists, doctors, and his insurance company in order to detransition.
